Healthy Snacks Reminder: Please send students to school with healthy snacks (multiple) and water. We would appreciate if energy drinks, sodas and unhealthy options remain at home.
Picture Day Reminder: Dorian Photography will be here March 10th for crew pictures and individual Spring pictures. We will be taking the 6th graders special shots for their yearbook page at this time also. Please make sure your student is present at school this day.
Spring Break is on the horizon: REMS will be on Spring Break from March 13-24th. Classes will resume on March 27, 2023.

Our Camelot BASE program is accepting new students. Enrollment is Free this year, and there are openings in all time slots - before & after school, Wed half days and full days during breaks. Dr. Michael Hupp with Aspen Leaf Equine has donated the opportunity to spend the day riding around with him as he treats horse around the area!!!

Chef Nick is a very humble, yet incredibly talented Chef of 14 years. Upon graduating from The California School of Culinary Arts, Nick began his culinary career at a premier Beverly Hills restaurant- Crustacean. He then went to train with 3 James Beard award winning chefs. In which he had the honor of assisting Celina Tio, as her sous chef on Iron Chef America: Battle Plums.
This was not the only time Nick had the pleasure of working alongside a James Beard Award winning chef. Nick was invited to The International Equestrian Games in Lexington Kentucky, where he worked alongside Paul Kahan and Edward Lee.
At the young age of 24, Nick was offered and accepted his first Executive Chef position to oversee a multimillion-dollar steakhouse. This was not surprising, given his superb culinary skills and successful endeavors early on is his career. Over the last decade Nick has continued to grow in his career and has successfully filled several Executive Chef roles in fine dining and high-end catering operations. He is truly a culinary gem.
Nick will be providing a custom 4 course private dining experience for two, with wine pairings! The menu will be created with your preferences and dietary needs in mind. While this experience is perfect for a summer date night at home, the dates are flexible and will be discussed.
