NEW! Notes from Ms. Trena: Staff Appreciation: May 2-6, 2022 This year we will be celebrating our staff for their dedication to the success of our students with a themed week of small treats! If you feel obliged to participate you may find ideas about our staff on the  Favorite Things List  .    ~ Monday :  Sweet Treat - bring your teacher their favorite treat   ~ Tuesday :  Cup of Gratitude-  bring them a favorite beverage or a small gift card to buy a beverage.    ~ Wednesday :  Surprise  from Parent Crew Foundation    ~ Thursday :  Thoughtful Thursday - send a note of gratitude to your favorite staff member    ~ Friday :  Feel-good Friday - offer your favorite staff member a gift of wellness (pampering, plants, flowers, favorite book, etc...)  Auction Update:  Thank you for making our 11th Annual REMS Auction a smashing success! News from Our Crews: Ms. Abbie's Crew hosted a wonderful Beat this week on sustainability. They are currently raising funds with an art project to benefit endangered species. Cards are: 1 for $2 3 for $5 Full set (20 cards) for $25 Posters (Compilation of all 20 animals or individual animal)- $2  Please email orders to Ms. Abbie ( amassey@dscdk12.org ) and Ms. Staci ( steague@dcsdk12.org ).  We will fill orders and send them home with your student.  Ms. Abbie's crew will also be selling their art one more time after school (date coming soon!).
