The culmination of our Winter Beat solidified how important Crew and community are within our school.  Our gym was packed full of families, grandparents, siblings, and our staff supporting and celebrating our crews.  The turnout was truly was a testament of how our community can come together and join in union to support our children to be their very best.  Many kudos to Ms. Liesl for her tireless efforts in creating such a breathtaking performance in the Winter Solstice celebration! A Note from Ms. Trena:  Dear REMS Families,  Thank you for another great week at Renaissance! I enjoyed connecting with so many of you at student data conferences over the last two weeks. Students are happy, thriving, learning and growing! That is a complete bucket filler for all of us!   Kudos to their hard work and to our amazing teachers!   A few reminders to finish our week healthy and strong before the holidays :   Please refrain from sending your child to school sick.  Keep them home until they are well to protect our entire crew.   Healthy kids thrive.   If someone calls you from the  H ealth  R oom, it is very likely that your child is sick. Students worked really hard over the last two weeks to complete their mid-year iReady assessments.  I have heard so many stories of students persevering when the challenges got difficult to overcome and show such incredible growth!
